no access to phpmyadmin database or ftp on free hosting in the vPanel / vistapanel.

If you can't log into phpmyadmin ans/or ftp, please log into your Vista panel and reset your password.

1) Log into the panel.

2) Use the 'Change Password' option

3) change the password. 

This will synchronize all passwords.

Then do the following :

1) Log out of the control panel.

2) Clear your browser cache/cookies/temp internet files/and 'authenticated sessions' 

3) log in again.
