You need to contact support to request reactivation of a suspended account, if a client has contacted you via the myownfreehost support system you can click ELEVATE TICKET option which will send the ticket directly to myownfreehost support who will asses the suspended account and activate it if appropriate.

To suspend a clients account, open the clients account properties under the My Clients section and at the very bottom of the page and click on the Change Status button:
