Please note there is a 300MiB upload limit on Free hosting accounts.  And on premium accounts the PHPMyAdmin import limit is 1GB.

If you are having problems trying to import a large database using PHPMyAdmin then we suggest using the following MySQL dump importer:

http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump/

This allows you to split your database file into segments which you can upload.

If you still cannot upload your database after segmenting it please raise a support ticket and an engineer will investigate:
