if your server is offline
Your VPS webserver is set to start on boot, if its offline, login to your iFastNet client portal: https://ifastnet.com/portal/index.php?rp=/login Then choose your VPS server. Then click the Circular Blue Arrow icon which is the option RESTART THE VPS. Then wait 5 minutes or less for it to reboot. If that does not work contact our support team who will happily investigate this further for you: https://support.ifastnet.com/login.php
