no access to phpmyadmin database or ftp

If you can't get into phpmyadmin / database or ftp, please log into your Vista panel and reset your password.

Can you please try using CHANGE PASSWORD in your control panel to change your password and in 10 minutes, back to the same exact one used now?

This will synchronize all passwords.

Log out of the control panel, and clear your browser cache/cookies/temp internet files/and 'authenticated sessions' in firefox then log in again.
