New hosting orders are pending until our sales team have validated them. Orders placed between 9AM and 11PM GMT Monday to Sunday (every day including weekends), will be validated and activated usually within 10 minutes or less. Orders outside those hours will remain in a pending state until 9AM GMT the following day.
